Company History

The foundation stone for today's E + P group was laid more than 35 years ago with the foundation of Eilenfeld & Partner. The company was originally founded on January 01, 1978 as an architectural and engineering company, with Mr. Heinz Lusky as co-founding partner.

In 2002 a rebranding took place and the name has been changed to E + P ENGINEERING + PROJEKTMANAGEMENT GbR. With this step the company took an organizational restructuring accompanied by a new strategic focus, away from a pure architectural and planning office towards a service company with the entrepreneurial focus on project management and project controlling of large-scale projects. A special emphasis has traditionally been placed in the sustainable constructional and technical quality assurance for large-scale and complex projects.

On July 01, 2011 the change of the company's legal status has been executed into E + P ENGINEERING + PROJEKTMANAGEMENT GmbH & Co. KG, with the shareholders:

• Eberhard Wapelhorst 
• Thomas Schildge 
• Heinz Lusky

In this context, the existing service offer has been expanded in order to include technical due diligence and technical asset management.

Within the over 35 years company history, the name E + P has always been stood for high quality, reliability, fair entrepreneurship and success. A variety of challenging large-scale projects in the construction and real estate industry has always been target- and customer-oriented realized with great commitment and a high level of customer satisfaction.
